LALO'S WARRANTY POLICY
LALO will cover all defects of reasonable wear and tear, due to workmanship, under warranty for 180 days after the purchase date. Please consider that normal wear and tear equates to all footwear and not only your LALO’s.
How it works
- Gather all necessary information; Item Number, colour, photos of the defect, date and place of purchase (attach a copy of your receipt).
- Complete the online Warranty Claim Form that can be found here.
- Once completed please send to email@example.com. Remember to include all relevant information and photos to avoid delay in processing your claim.
- After your claim has been reviewed by our Customer Care Team, you will receive an email with further instructions.
(Note: If you purchased directly through a retailer, you may want to reach out to them instead. In many cases, the retailer will be able to assist you.)
What does this policy cover?
- Torn Eyelets
- Pod Delamination
What does this policy NOT cover?
- Damage from Ropes **
- Pet Damage
- Abnormal wear and tear, including abuse of the product.
**Excluding Shadow Amphibian which are approved for rope climbs.
What will we do to correct the problem?
We have several options that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis:
- We may repair the product, at no cost, if the product is still under warranty.
- The product may be replaced with the same model or a newer model.
- If purchased through our website, the price of the product may be refunded.
- Approved warranty product is replaced at the discretion of LALO.
- All LALO warranty decisions are final.
- LALO is not responsible for any cost, or damages, incurred due to loss of use of the product.
Already Submitted a Claim?
After you have submitted a claim, our Customer Care Team will be in contact within 5-10 business days – depending on the season – to let you know if your claim has been verified and approved. In some cases, LALO will send a shipping label to have the product returned to our warehouse for further inspection. Once your warranty claim has been processed, we will send you a replacement product, repair your product or issue a refund to the original method of payment.
